General Orders: ​

5+ Days Before Pickup:

• One-time modification is FREE (subsequent changes: $10 fee). ​

Within 5 Days of Pickup:    

• A $10 administration fee applies to all changes.      

• Due to the production process and ingredient preparation, NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS are accepted starting 2 days before pickup.
  (Example: If pickup is on 05/01, the LAST DAY for any changes is 02/01). ​

 

Special Orders: ​

Holiday Orders:

• Due to high seasonal demand, NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS are accepted within 7 days of pickup during holiday periods ​

Customized Orders:

• Any modification requests will be evaluated individually, and additional charges will be quoted based on the current production stage.
